Primary responsibility is the implementation of cybersecurity policies, best practices, and standardized solutions developed under the cybersecurity manufacturing program. In addition, it is responsible for the maintenance and support of network and plant systems. Knowledgeable of automation technologies and able to work independently and self-directed with remote supervision.<\/p>\n

Key responsibilities:<\/b>
\n\u2013 Implement cybersecurity controls and solutions developed under the manufacturing cybersecurity program.
\n\u2013 Single point of contact for plant and manufacturing equipment, cybersecurity issues, and the Industrial Ethernet Controls Network (IECN) network.
\nResolve cybersecurity and upstream network issues.
\n\u2013 Use plant IT reporting systems (e.g., EPO\/Asset Inventory) to identify, communicate and troubleshoot endpoint security issues.
\n\u2013 Maintain an asset inventory of all networked manufacturing assets in the plant.
\n\u2013 Communicates and supports vulnerability remediation activities for IECN devices in the plant.
\n\u2013 Process and maintain contractor applications for \u201cContractor on the Job\u201d after receiving appropriate approvals.
\n\u2013 Involve ME Central Cybersecurity in the evaluation and review of upcoming proposed solutions or upcoming applications in the plant.
\n\u2013 Ensure proper use of electronic tools used to configure, troubleshoot and audit IECN networks.
\n\u2013 Support user acceptance testing activities for connecting switches and IECN devices to plant networks.
\n\u2013 Support launch and post-launch cyber security assessments.
\n\u2022 Attend global manufacturing cybersecurity meetings to raise awareness and share lessons learned.
\nImplement safety metrics for the Plant, People, Quality, Response Capacity, Cost, and Environment.
\n\u2022 Document lessons learned for improvements.
\n\u2022 Provide input to the central team and maintain STS\/TIS for plant IECN Ethernet troubleshooting.<\/p>\n

Required Knowledge\/Experience:<\/b>
\n\u2022 2+ years’ experience in vehicle\/powertrain manufacturing operations.
\n\u2022 More than 2 years’ experience in industrial control systems (ICS).
\n\u2022 Practical experience with Ethernet IP and various industrial fieldbus communication networks such as Device Net, Profibus, etc., and PLC programming.
\nA cross-functional team requires interpersonal and communication skills.
\n\u2022 Familiarity with computer networking and communications standards.
\n\u2022 Associate Degree with more than 5 years’ experience or Bachelor\u2019s degree.
